  Despite the expected heavy rain, our visit to Craddockstown today, much like our first in 2023, did not disappoint. Even the rain kept to the isolated hail shower! It really is a fantastic course and for the most part, it was a lovely day for it. It’s a hidden gem of a course and we’ve had great outings on both occasions at the course. After a first outing without a score of 40 or above in over year the last day out at Killeen Castle, today we returned to players posting 40+ scorecards. Well I say players but really it was just one stand out player and this was a special one. This player isn’t very often in the reckoning at the top of the leaderboard but he certainly played some incredible golf today. Well played Philip Butler posting a score of 40!
